Reflect on your life: your day-to-day routines, your passions, your connections, your emotional state. Now tell me, how do you feed your bliss?

Take a moment to reflect over the last year or so… What moments were you feeling the most at peace, the most whole, and the most harmonious? Do you recall a time when your smile was so big that your cheeks hurt? Think back to the last time your soul absolutely lit up. Usually, when you’re feeding your bliss you have this overwhelming sense that you are truly in the exact right place at the exact right time with the exact right people. Reflecting on these moments and picking out hobbies that feed your bliss will help aid in your soul’s growth.

Here are my top three activities that feed my bliss the most:

  1. Being in Nature / Hiking

  2. Dancing to live music

  3. Yoga - Find my Yoga Directory HERE.

*Yoga isn't a place to take pictures, so here are more from the "nature" category

Knowing exactly what feeds your bliss is critical to living a peaceful, calm, harmonious, and happy life. Now, that I know what keeps me vibing high, when I’m feeling energetically, vibrationally, or emotionally low, I know exactly what to do to raise myself up. Having a list of activities that I can refer to is incredibly helpful.

Feeding your bliss isn’t something you do once and then set off to the side.

The more we feed our bliss, the more we are able to pull in all the good that we deserve.

The goal of feeding your bliss is to increase your vibrational frequency, which allows you operate more like energy rather than matter. This allows co-creation (manifestation) and helps enable you to build the life of your dreams. So, it’s imperative to first determine what exactly feeds your soul's bliss.

Make a list of activities that feed your bliss so that when you need to, you always know what to do to raise your vibrational frequency. Honor yourself and show yourself love by feeding your bliss!
