Connecting to the Divine Within
Spiritual health and vitality are just as important as physical and emotional well-being.
True holistic well-being includes being in touch with your spirituality. Without connection to the inner light within you there will always be something missing in your life. Everyone will have different beliefs about the divine or God, and it is NOT my goal to preach my belief system. Instead, I want to encourage you through reliable process as a Certified Spiritual Coach to have a stronger connection with your intuition and understanding of self. However you define it, my hope is that your connection with the Divine Spirit becomes stronger.

Listen to your inner voice. Have you ever felt a sensation or a communication from "beyond" telling you to change your behavior, career, or relationship? Connecting to ourselves and paying attention to clues helps us live a clear meaningful life and be in our Divine purpose. We are all on this planet for a reason. Discovering your soul's contract includes connecting to the spiritual voice within us all.

Levels of Consciousness
This is one of my favorite images to help understand how to access the divinity within. If our goal is to become closer to the divine, or God, then we need to focus on the emotions and feelings that pass through us every day.
Are you actively striving towards self-realization? Or are you stuck in the victim consciousness? The higher the vibrational frequency of the feeling (inner love, presence, awareness, etc.) the closer you'll be to experiencing heaven or paradise in this world, here and now. The lower vibrational feelings, such as anger, guilt, shame, and fear, will undoubtedly hinder your ability to live your best life and access your inner god / goddess. Through purposeful work, you can let go of limiting beliefs, release old views of yourself, and shift into experiencing life as your highest version of self. Let's work together to shed all the lower ego "self" feelings so you can live a Divine life.
